Video: The Slick View Of OSH13 - Must See!

We didn't get a video from 'Slick' for OSH12 with his involvement in the U.S. Navy, but this year he was able to get behind the camera at OSH13 and capture more awesome avgeek beauty from the world's greatest aviation event!

Well done Slick, you've definitely still got it : )

Check out the OSH10 video and the OSH11 video from Slick

I feel terrible and like I'm "that one guy" but I just didn't like it. I'm not saying it wasn't well edited / shot, just that I didn't like it - it's very different than previous years. When you look at this year it's basically just some airshow stuff. And that's fine, but the thing that has always impressed the heck out of me from Slick's work is that he wasn't obsessed with the airshow. There's usually 30-45% of the content (depending on year) from completely outside of the airshow, giving much better flavor of what Oshkosh is and how much stuff there is there. This year that's all missing.

My own tastes for the show have been changing quite a bit recently - I watched the show a couple days, but most of them I just didn't care. As opposed to my first several years, where if there was an airshow I needed to have my chair down there, camera out, paying attention.

I appreciate his work and talent...but the content changed this year and I liked the way it used to be.
